1. Bleach application: Sodium hypochlorite solution can be used to bleach paper pulp, textile, chemical fiber, starch and lipid in soapmaking industry.
2. Chemical industry: Sodium hypochlorite is used to make hydrazine hydrate, single chloramine and double chloramine. Sodium hypochlorite can also work as chlorinating agent to make Co and Ni.
3. Water treatment: Sodium hypochlorite can be used as water purifying agent, bactericide and sanitizer.
4. Dyeing industry: Sodium hypochlorite can be used to make sulfide sapphire blue.
5. Organic industry: Sodium hypochlorite is used to make chloropicrin. Sodium hypochlorite can be also used to the hydration of calcium carbide to acetylene.
6. Agriculture and animal husbandry: Sodium hypochlorite is used as sanitizer and deodorant for vegetable, fruit, livestock farm and animal house.
